Tamiya’s water based acrylic paint can be thinned with X20-A acrylic thinner which is an alcohol based thinner or Lacquer Thinner. DO NOT use water to thin this paint! I use Lacquer Thinner at a ratio of approximately 1:6, this allows the paint to flow through air brush and applies a solid coat on all surface which yields the best results.
